We’re looking for experienced Lifestyle Managers to become trusted partners to an exclusive client base, delivering everything from financial account coordination to extraordinary travel, dining, events and bespoke lifestyle experiences.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the person our clients rely on.
No two days are the same. One moment you’ll be coordinating a time-sensitive financial request with our regulated team; the next, unlocking exclusive experiences, securing impossible reservations or arranging complex international travel for some of the world’s most discerning clients.
You’ll:
- Build trusted relationships with UHNW clients, becoming their go-to contact.
- Coordinate client requests across lifestyle services.
- Guide new clients through onboarding and help them get the most from HY10.
- Work closely with our regulated and fulfilment teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Communicate confidently across WhatsApp, phone, email and voice notes.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively suggest opportunities, experiences and benefits.
- Keep accurate records so every interaction feels effortless, no matter who’s supporting the client.
- You’ll also help shape new partnerships, improve processes and contribute ideas as we continue building the HY10 ecosystem.
Who we’re looking for
You’ll already have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to UHNW or HNW clients within luxury concierge or lifestyle management.
You’ll also be:
- Calm under pressure and brilliant at solving problems.
- Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail.
- Naturally discreet and emotionally intelligent.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities without compromising quality.
- Confident using technology and CRM systems.
- Excited by joining a fast-growing business where things evolve quickly.
- Fluency in a second language is a bonus, particularly Arabic, Mandarin or other widely spoken international languages, but isn’t essential.
Weekend Working
This role includes flexible working patterns, including weekend coverage, to ensure we continue delivering an exceptional service to our clients whenever they need us. As HY10 grows, our operating model will evolve too, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is excited by the opportunity to help shape the function as it develops.
