Description

About eSIM Go

eSIM Go exists to help businesses bring seamless, affordable connectivity to their customers, wherever they are in the world. We’re rethinking the traditional wholesale model: our platform combines modern technology with direct relationships with Tier 1 mobile network operators, so our partners can launch and scale connectivity products fast and win with mobile.

We’re growing quickly, and that growth comes down to our people. Product is at the centre of everything we do, you will be working with a skilled, ambitious team that makes it work. That’s where you come in.

About the role

As Product Owner at eSIM Go, you’ll own prioritisation and delivery for our Reseller platform, the product that lets our partners manage and scale their own eSIM offerings. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Customer Success and our partners directly, turning product strategy into a clear roadmap and a well-defined backlog, so what we build creates real, measurable value for the businesses that rely on us.

You’ll sit alongside the Full Stack engineering squad building the platform day to day: shaping what they work on next, writing the stories they build from, and checking their output before it ships.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and prioritise the roadmap and backlog for the Reseller platform, balancing partner needs, technical constraints and business priorities.
  • Write clear, well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria that the engineering squad can pick up with minimal back-and-forth.
  • Translate product vision and strategy into concrete technical requirements and components, working closely with Engineering.
  • QA the work developers deliver against acceptance criteria before it ships, catching issues early and keeping quality high.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with internal stakeholders across the business, keeping people aligned without needing constant live meetings.
  • Work effectively async with colleagues in other time zones, giving clear written context and status so the team stays aligned even when you’re not all online at once.
  • Represent product in partner-facing conversations, presenting plans and gathering feedback professionally and credibly.
  • Build a genuine understanding of the telecoms and eSIM space so your product decisions are grounded in how the industry actually works.

Required skills & experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on a technical, API-driven or SaaS platform.
  • A track record of managing and prioritising a roadmap and backlog under competing demands.
  • Comfortable writing user stories and acceptance criteria for engineers working on distributed, cloud-based systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable adapting your style for developers, internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Preferred skills & experience

  • Prior experience in telecoms, MVNO, eSIM or connectivity products.
  • Experience working in a partner- or channel-facing product role.
  • Enough familiarity with REST APIs and cloud environments (AWS) to hold a technical conversation with engineering.
  • Experience working async with distributed or multi-timezone engineering teams.

Who you are

  • A clear, structured communicator, comfortable with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curious, a fast learner, and genuinely interested in getting under the skin of telecoms and connectivity.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a QA mindset: happy to test and challenge work before it ships.
  • Collaborative and calm under competing priorities.

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Performance-based incentive programme.
  • Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options.
  • Access to ongoing training, workshops and professional development resources.
  • Generous leave policies including vacation, sick leave and public holidays.
  • Regular company events and team-building activities.
  • Clear growth opportunities and career advancement paths.
