About eSIM Go
eSIM Go exists to help businesses bring seamless, affordable connectivity to their customers, wherever they are in the world. We’re rethinking the traditional wholesale model: our platform combines modern technology with direct relationships with Tier 1 mobile network operators, so our partners can launch and scale connectivity products fast and win with mobile.
We’re growing quickly, and that growth comes down to our people. Technology runs through everything we do, but it’s a skilled, ambitious team that makes it work. That’s where you come in.
About the role
As Engineering Lead at eSIM Go, you’ll take overall ownership of our engineering function, setting the technical vision and strategy across our full platform. You’ll lead a team of tech leads and engineers, raising the bar on quality and making sure what we build is robust, scalable and maintainable at every level.
You’ll work closely with Product and Partner Ops to shape a roadmap that delivers direct value to our partners, and sit within engineering leadership to set standards, structure and culture across the entire team. You’ll be the senior technical voice in the business, balancing delivery with the long-term health of our platform and our people.
