Senior Quantity Surveyor

I’m looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor working for one of the country’s leading Engineering & Infrastructure main contractors working on the country’s most prestigious engineering projects.

The role is open on a freelance or permanent basis and offers a hybrid working pattern.

Responsibilities

• Participating in contract management by providing commercial information and advice to the contract team.
• Providing valuations/applications/invoices as required by the contract and progress certificates and payments
• Maintaining, updating and preparing records of contracts per company Quality and Management Systems
• Providing advice and information at the pre-construction stage on contractual/commercial matters when required by the tender team
• Providing training and development to allocated staff as agreed with the Managing Surveyor

Requirements

• Experience of working on Reinforced Concrete (RC) Structures
• Working experience of NEC Contracts
• Previous experience of working with a contractor
• Degree qualified or Equivalent
