Covid-19 vaccinations and the workplace
Vaccination procedures are well underway in New Zealand. At the time of writing, over 50,000 New Zealanders have received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine.
Vaccines can be an incredibly polarising topic which can be very sensitive for some. We want employers to be informed about how the NZ workforce are feeling about this issue, as well as the prospect of vaccine passports and returning to the office. So we surveyed over 500 employers and 500 employees to find out.
This report will cover:
- Vaccine uncertainty and how we can talk to our employees about it
- Workers opinions on vaccine passports
- Employer and employee opinions about returning to the office
