About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero).
2. As set out in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion provides the opportunity for one Eligible Participant to win a $299 Chuffed ‘Do Something Incredible’ Experience Voucher (Chuffed Experience Voucher) (Promotion).
3. The Promotion will be conducted on 12th July 2024 between 9.00am and 5.00pm (Promotion Period) during the NZPPA Annual Payroll Leaders Summit 2024 (Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre, 58 Waipuna Road, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060, New Zealand).
Who can enter?
4. The Promotion is open to all attendees of the NZPPA Annual Payroll Leaders Summit 2024, during the relevant Promotion Period (Eligible Participant).
How to enter?
5. Reward
6. There will be 1 winner drawn at random at the event who will win the Chuffed Experience Voucher (Reward).
7. The winner will be drawn at random during the event and will be notified at the event.

8. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions apply.
9. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
Liability
10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, we (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Promotion, including any:
- technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Employment Hero’s control);
- theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
- entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after Employment Hero receives it) due to any reason beyond Employment Hero’s reasonable control;
- variation in Reward value, description or variation of product due to non-availability to that stated in these terms; or
- tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.
General Terms
11. The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.
12. Separate terms and conditions will apply to the Eligible Participant’s use of the Reward. These terms will be set out by the Reward provider.
13. The Reward is granted ‘as is’ and EH does not provide a warranty of the Reward’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
14. We reserve the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
15. Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
16. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
17. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
