New Customers
About the Promotion
Sign by 20 November for Promotion:
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) (Employment Hero, we, us, our).
2. All new direct Employment Hero customers are eligible for the following benefits:
- 3 months free HR and Payroll Bundle including either HR Platinum OR Premium, and either Payroll Premium OR Standard;
- 3 months free HR Advisory;
- 2 months free Go1 Learning Plus or Premium Bundle.
(each, and collectively, the “Promotion ”).
Eligible Participants may apply the benefits of the Promotion across multiple Employment Hero products and services.
4. Promotion applies from 00:00 AM Friday, 1st November 2024 to 11:59 PM Wednesday 20th November 2024 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
5. The Promotion is open to all new Employment Hero customers during the Promotion Period.
How to enter and qualify for the Promotion?
6. To enter and qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- Be a new customer (have no existing Employment Hero subscriptions and must not have been an Employment Hero customer in the last 12 months);
- Sign a contract with a minimum term of 12 months within the relevant Promotion Period which includes:
- a paid Premium or Platinum HR subscription and a paid Premium or Standard Payroll subscription plan to receive the free bundle benefit of Promotion; or
- a paid HR Advisory services to receive the free benefit of Promotion; or
- a paid Go1 Learning Plus or Premium bundle to receive the free benefit of Promotion;
- Provide and authorise use of your direct debit details within 7 days of signing your contract; and
- Be a registered business in New Zealand.
7. You may receive both the HR and payroll benefits provided under the Promotion when you purchase both relevant HR subscription and Payroll subscription plans for a minimum of 12 months whilst satisfying the other conditions of clause 6.
How to enter the Promotion?
8. To enter this Promotion, you must complete the form on the Employment Hero promotion page made available here.
When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?
9. The Promotion will apply for the duration stated under the Promotions definition, after which the pricing will revert to the product Recommended Retail Price, as displayed on our Pricing Page.
Restrictions
10. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.

11. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions apply.
12. Any personal data provided by an individual when participating in this Promotion is handled in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
General Terms
13. Minimum HR and Payroll subscription costs apply. See Pricing Page for more detail on minimum subscription costs.
14. Usage charges for SMS, awards, P11D and super/pension processing are not included in the Promotion Period.
15. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
16. We reserve the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at our absolute discretion.
17. Laws may apply to an Eligible Participant or to Employment Hero as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
18. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
18. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
