Terms and Conditions
About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709).
2. The referral raffle promotion is offered to the Employment Hero partner channel. During the month of April 2024, all qualified referral leads generated will be eligible for entry into a draw. 1 winner will be randomly selected to receive a prize (Promotion).
3. April 1st 2024, 12am – April 30th, 11:59pm (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
1. Participation in the Promotion is open to partners of Employment Hero with a signed referral partner agreement (Eligible Participant).
How to enter?
1. To enter the Promotion, eligible participants must refer Prospective Customers to Employment Hero between April 1st, 2024 12am and April 30th, 11:59pm. Each qualified referral is equal to 1 entry in the draw. A referral is qualified if the lead:
1.1 Is not a person, entity or organisation who is a current customer of Employment Hero (Existing Customer)
1.2 Is not a person, entity or organisation with whom Employment Hero is in active discussions or negotiations to be provided with the Services (Existing Prospect)
1.3 Completes a live demonstration with an Employment Hero sales representative
Reward
1. There will be 1 winner drawn after the Promotion Period who will receive a Nespresso Vertuo Next Capsule Coffee Machine (Reward).
2. The Reward will be sent to the winner within 2 weeks of the Promotion Period.
Other Terms and Conditions that apply
1. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions apply.
2. This Offer is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
Liability
1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Employment Hero (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in in connection with this Promotion, including any:
1.1 technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Employment Hero’s control);
1.2 theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
1.3 entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after Employment Hero receives it) due to any reason beyond Employment Hero’s reasonable control;
1.4 variation in Reward value, description or variation of product due to non-availability to that stated in these terms; or
1.5 tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.
General Terms
1. The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.
2. Separate terms and conditions will apply to the Eligible Participant’s use of the Reward. These terms will be set out by the Reward provider.
3. The Reward is granted ‘as is’ and EH does not provide a warranty of the Reward’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at our absolute discretion.
5. Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
