About the Promotion

This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero).
All new direct Employment Hero customers are eligible for the following benefits:
1. a.) 100% off for the first 3 (three) months for EOS packages (Pay for 9 months, receive 12) (the “Promotion”).
The Promotion will begin on 9 September 2025 and conclude at 11:59pm on 25 October 2025 (Promotion Period).

The Promotion is open to all new New Zealand customers that sign up to EOS during the Promotion Period (Eligible Participant).

not be a current Employment Hero customer;
be a new customer (have no existing Employment Hero subscriptions and must not have been an Employment Hero or KeyPay customer in the last 12 months);
subscribe to the relevant Employment Hero EOS plans (as identified in the Promotion) for a minimum 12-month term; and
be a registered business in New Zealand

You will be eligible to redeem your discount by meeting all the qualifying criteria under these terms and conditions. Your discounted pricing will apply from your first monthly charge and be valid for the first three months of subscription charges.

The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.

Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
Laws may apply to an Eligible Participant or to Employment Hero as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
