Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Gardener to join our Property Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and install outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and hardscapes
  • Maintain and care for existing landscapes, including pruning, weeding, mulching and fertilizing
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and hand tools
  • General Cleanup: Removing debris, leaves, and litter ensuring the grounds are tidy and presentable.
  • Seasonal Maintenance: Performing seasonal tasks, leaf raking in autumn & spring cleanup.
  • Pest Control: Identifying and managing pests and diseases that affect plants and lawns
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
  • Has a full driver’s license.
  • Physically fit ability to perform physical tasks and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
  • Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
