Landscape Carpenter – Hardscaping specialist

Are you passionate about the outdoors and ready to build beautiful landscapes across Christchurch? The Plant People Ltd is looking for an experienced Landscaper and or Carpenter to join our vibrant crew and help shape green spaces that make a difference

🌱 What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for someone who’s not just skilled but also eager to grow with us. You’ll ideally have:

• At least 3 years’ experience in landscaping or building

• The ability to read and interpret architectural plans

• Proven experience building all forms of outdoor structures – decks, pergolas, retaining, custom timber features etc

• Other hard landscape experience would be great – i.e Paving, concrete, turf

• Some soft landscape experience – planting, lawns etc

• A full Class 1 NZ driver’s licence minimum Class 2 preferred. (Manual)

• Strong communication skills – to help train and instruct others

• Able to produce clear daily/monthly reports so these are sent to the clients

🌿 What You’ll Do:

Your work will span a variety of sites – but with a primary focus on being our timber and hardscape specialist. You’ll be hands-on and lead by example
