Technical Support Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to our people. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions in a timely manner
  • Provide training and support to clients on new products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with customer service and support
