Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed property valuations adhering to NZIV and LINZ standards and regulations.
• Provide expert advice and reports for a variety of clients and purposes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive valuation services.
• Stay updated with market trends and regulatory changes to ensure best practice.

About You:

• A Registered Valuer in New Zealand with a current practicing certificate.
• Proven experience in one or more valuation sectors: urban, rural, commercial, industrial, asset, or EQC.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• A commitment to professional development and ethical standards.
