We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced front of house staff to support the daily operations of our restaurant and help us continue to provide the best dining experience to our guests.
The role :
- Ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of performance.
- Customer service serving food and beverage
- Knowledgeable and passionate about food and wine.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Oversee inventory management and order supplies when necessary.
- Cash handling and using a POS
- Confident with sales and upselling.
- Ensure excellent customer service through staff performance and attention to detail.
You will bring :
- A 5 Star attitude and passion for hospitality!
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and inventory management.
Flexibility to work shifts as required – evenings weekends and public holidays.
This role is FULL Time 40 -45 hours per week. We are looking to recruit 3 team members.
This role pays $25-$27 dependent on experience.
