Now, we’re looking for an experienced, customer-focused problem-solver to join our Frontline Customer Service team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Handling inbound & outbound customer calls and emails – helping customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
✔ Problem-solving and thinking on your feet – no two days are the same, and we need someone who can take ownership and find solutions.
✔ Keeping things running smoothly – processing requests, troubleshooting account issues, and ensuring every customer interaction is top-notch.
✔ Contributing to our team culture – we’re a small, dedicated team that supports each other, and we want someone who adds to our positive environment!
✔ Improving processes – if you see a way to do something better, we want your input!
✔ Supporting and Training team members – sharing knowledge, guiding others, and helping new starters build confidence in their role
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Multitasker – This role requires strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple situations at the same time
✔ A quick thinker who picks up new systems fast – experience using multiple software applications at once is a plus!
✔ Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written.
✔A cool, calm, and collected attitude – even when things get busy, you stay professional and solutions-focused.
✔ An eye for improvement – you don’t just follow processes, you look for ways to make them better.
✔A team player – we support each other and maintain a positive team culture. This role includes working one evening per week and one weekend per month; however, these can be worked from home.
