About the Role:

• Location: Cromwell/Queenstown
• Contract Type: Permanent Full-time
• Hours of work: Minimum 45 hours per week (Have ability to work flexible hours when required)
• Hourly Rate Range : $32 – $35 per hour depending on experience

Key responsibilities:

As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the collection and transportation of used tyres from various locations. Your duties will include:

• Safely operating a  range of vehicles.
• Loading and unloading tyres.
• Ensuring timely and efficient collection routes.
• Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintaining accurate records of collections and deliveries.
• Adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.

Skills and experience:

• Holds a minimum NZ Class 2 driver’s licence or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 month’s experience in operating class 2 vehicles
• F Endorsement or OSH fork Licence is advantageous
• Physically Fit – Ability to lift and move heavy tyres.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team Player with strong interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
