The Role
We are seeking
a motivated and detail-focused Transformation Navigator to join our
Transformation Team, supporting key organisational initiatives and
strengthening engagement with iwi.
Based in
Tokoroa, this role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth delivery of iwi
register and uri grant processes, alongside supporting digital and
project-based transformation initiatives across the Trust.
In this role,
you will:
- Support iwi register and uri grant applications
from receipt through to verification
- Maintain accurate records and ensure high data
integrity
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and support
project delivery
- Act as a key point of communication between whānau,
stakeholders, and internal teams
- Contribute to improving systems, processes, and
digital initiatives

About You
You will be
organised, proactive, collaborator and change maker who enjoys working in a
fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key.
You will bring:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience working with databases and maintaining
accurate, clean records
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building
skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail,
providing accurate work and maintaining high standards
- Ability to take initiative and accountability
for work, both individually and as part of a team
- A commitment to kaupapa Māori
values and culturally appropriate practice
- Experience in project coordination, grant
administration, or working with iwi/Māori organisations will be highly
regarded.
You must hold a
full, clean Class 1 driver’s licence and be willing to undergo reference
checks.
