About the Role

We’re on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager who brings energy, passion, and a genuine love for the outdoors. Someone who leads from the front, backs their team, and thrives on creating standout customer experiences.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive the store forward, leading the team, fostering a high-performing culture, and making sure every customer leaves inspired and ready for their next adventure.

This is a hands-on role where your product knowledge, leadership, and enthusiasm for the outdoors will make a real impact every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Store Manager with team leadership, coaching, and development
• Leading by example on the shop floor as a trusted Gear Guide
• Helping the team deliver outstanding customer experiences and meet sales targets
• Supporting inventory management, stock accuracy, and operational tasks
• Assisting with community engagement, marketing, and events
