Licensed Cadastral Surveyor role:

Our client is looking for a motivated and NZ experienced Licensed Cadastral Surveyor. They are an accredited employer and are in a good position to attract good surveyors which will make it easier to grow the team.

As a professional land surveying practice/ consultancy, they work across the board on projects that include subdivisions, infrastructure and resource consent applications. They are highly experienced in handling all project aspects from conception through to completion.

You will have experience in Subdivisions and land use consent for a range of small to medium scale projects.

The role will require strong leadership, great relationship-building skills, and initiative and will be responsible for supporting and growing the team.

You will have:

Extensive NZ Land Surveying experience

A degree with a minimum of 2 years’ post-licensing experience

Exceptional client communication skills

Big picture thinking on behalf of our clients

Experience with 12d software

Experience with land development

The ability to manage their own jobs while mentoring other team members

The ability to work efficiently and accurately, without micro-management

Willingness to up-skill and be constantly engaged with modern practices
