Your Day-To-Day

• Carry out hard and soft landscaping (planting, paving, concreting, decking, fencing, etc.).
• Operate tools and small machinery safely and efficiently.
• Lead onsite landscaping projects and guide team members.
• Assist with site prep, deliveries, drainage, and general construction tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive worksite.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years’ landscaping experience (residential preferred).
• Confident with both softscaping and hardscaping.
• A Class 1 full driver’s license (Class 2 & WTR a bonus).
• Experience operating small diggers and skid steers.
• A can-do attitude, team focus, and strong work ethic.
• Leadership qualities and solid communication skills.
• Physically fit and ready for hands-on work.
