MGI+MORE is a leading Auckland-based accounting and advisory firm and proud member of the global MGI Worldwide network. As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking a Senior Manager who is ready to step into an influential role in our dynamic, growth-focused team.

About You

You’re a technically strong, commercially minded accountant who genuinely enjoys leading people and building trusted client relationships. You’ve likely built your foundations in a Big 4 or second-tier firm and are now looking for a role with greater impact, autonomy, and the ability to see the outcomes of your decisions.

This is a role for someone who wants more than “delivery” – it’s an opportunity to influence how we work, develop our people, and help shape the future of the team.

You’ll bring

• 6+ years’ experience in a medium to large CA firm
• Strong technical capability, especially IFRS
• Experience with Xero and cloud-based systems to deliver smarter client outcomes
• A client-first mindset with the ability to build long-term, trusted relationships
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative leadership style and a genuine desire to mentor, develop, and inspire others
• CA or CPA qualified
