The Role
We’re seeking a highly experienced EA who understands the nuances of supporting an extremely busy executive. You will provide high-level executive and administrative support to ensure our CEO’s time is used effectively and efficiently and to support operations to ensure that our company
goals are met. The role is generally onsite, 8.30am-5.00pm with flexibility, in fabulous Wynyard Quarter offices. You will work closely with the Receptionist and the Marketing, HR, and Operations teams.
High level responsibilities:
- Closely work with the CEO to set weekly priorities, ensuring time is allocated appropriately across meetings, workflow, and focus time.
- Diary management
- Inbox management
- Travel management
- Office management and operations
- Events, marketing and business support
About you and what we’re looking for
You’re a highly experienced, proactive EA who thrives in supporting a busy Executive and love to make a role your own. You understand and roll with the last-minute travel adjustments, know when that client call should go through and know when to insist you need 5 minutes to confirm a few
things. You are big on building trust and credibility and regularly think outside the box to make things happen. You possess a strong personality and confidence to push back and are known for your organisational expertise. You understand confidentiality and the sensitive nature of working at this level. You are highly articulate, with strong interpersonal skills and have worked in professional services environments.
