We’re on the lookout for a part-time Barista / Bar Person to join the Loretta team — someone who loves great service, thrives in a busy environment, and enjoys switching between coffee by day and cocktails by night.

This is a hybrid role with 3–4 shifts per week, including weekend days and evening shifts.

The Role

You’ll be working behind the bar delivering warm, professional hospitality across:

• Barista coffee service during brunch and daytime trade
• Cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks in the evenings
• Consistent, high-quality drinks and great guest interaction
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-run bar
• Working closely with the FOH team to create seamless service

About You

You’re someone who:

• Is genuinely passionate about hospitality
• Has barista experience and a solid understanding of espresso coffee
• Has experience (or strong interest) in cocktails, wine, and bar service
• Is confident working nights and weekends
• Takes pride in speed, accuracy, and presentation
• Brings good energy, reliability, and a team-first attitude
