Mō tēnei tūranga mahi / The Opportunity:
An opportunity has come up for a Quality Assurance Audit Partner to work for NZSEG to continuously improve quality and meet/exceed compliance requirements in the education and training sector.
With flexibility of working location within Auckland campuses, you will use your QA/audit skills, eye for detail and ability to pick up irregularities to ensure NZSEG meets and exceeds all compliance requirements as well as meeting all quality assurance requirements and processes.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Work with the Group Director – Quality Assurance & Products to ensure quality and compliance across NZSEG
- Implement internal audits and reviews and other quality assurance activities
- Be prepared at all times for iQAF reporting including being monitor ready.
- Support the Director – QAP with development, implementation and integration of the compliance and quality framework across the organisation
- Be 100% compliant in all areas including Academic and Student Services/Administration
- Have good knowledge of the requirement of different regulatory bodies in NZ. This includes (but not limited to) NZQA, IQAF, ISB, TEC, Immigration NZ, and Ministry of Education, plus all such regulatory bodies
- Ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
- Identify training needs and organise training to meet compliance /quality standards
Ko koe tēnei | About you:
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ideally have worked within a PTE environment
- Ability to deliver presentations to groups with confidence
- Ability to pick up irregularities in operation and identify any non-compliance and excellent eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a diverse team of staff
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform effectively under busy conditions and meet deadlines
In terms of your background and education, you should have minimum of 4 year’s experience in the tertiary sector in a similar role and demonstrate ability in audit moderation, monitoring, analysis, and IQAF reporting.
