Fine Tours Group (FTG) is a technology-enabled travel business operating a portfolio of Australia and New Zealand travel brands. We plan and deliver trips end to end for travellers and travel advisors, curating bespoke journeys, building multi-stop itineraries, managing bookings, and supporting customers from planning through to travel.

About the role

As a member of our Sales team, this role ensures that all the information we provide our clients including itinerary, accommodation and activity bookings are 100% accurate prior to their travel. We are looking for someone who has exceptional administrative skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the comprehensive preparation of all tour documentation across every brand
  • Collaborate closely with Travel Specialists to ensure documentation is finalised and ready for issuance according to established company deadlines
  • Ensuring all documents are dispatched as outlined in our system
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks and cross-verification on all final documentation to achieve minimal errors
