About the role

As an Agent Reservation Specialist within the FTG team, you will manage the end-to-end booking process for one of our key clients. This involves processing reservations, identifying and offering alternative experiences where necessary, and liaising with external stakeholders to manage any disruptions. Your focus will be on ensuring our customers get the best experience possible on their holiday!

This is a full time, fixed term position until March 31 2027.

What we’re looking for

– Reservation and/or administration experience

– Highly developed organisational and time management skills 

– Excellent problem solving skills

– Ability to use initiative to best ensure your clients have the best experience on their holiday

– Ability to learn and stay up to date with computer systems

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
