At Naumi Hotels, the bar isn’t just a bar, it’s where stories start, guests linger, and nights take shape. We’re looking for a Head Bartender | Mixologist who brings genuine craft, creative ambition, and the kind of energy that turns a drink into a moment.

In this role, you’ll be the creative force behind our bar offering, leading with skill, guest obsession, and a genuine love of the craft. You’ll drive cocktail innovation, deliver premium service, and bring our TEAM values to life every shift.
What you’ll be doing…
- Preparing and serving premium cocktails and beverages to a consistently high standard
- Driving cocktail innovation, new menus, seasonal specials, award-worthy creations
- Creating genuine guest connections and delivering experiences that go beyond the drink
- Upholding all RSA requirements and responsible service standards
- Keeping the bar immaculate, well-stocked, and operationally sharp
- Supporting and coaching junior team members
- Contributing to promotions, activations, and special events
What you’ll bring..
- Proven bartending or mixology experience in a premium hospitality setting
- Current RSA certification or LCQ License
- Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and beverage trends
- Confidence with guests warm, engaging, and able to read the room
- Creative drive to shape and evolve the menu
- A team-first mindset with natural leadership presence
