Housekeeping Self Checker | Naumi Wellington

Naumi Hotel Wellington is looking for an experienced and detail-driven Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This is a Self-Checker position, meaning you’ll be trusted to inspect and sign off your own rooms to our 100% presentation standard.

This role suits someone who takes genuine pride in their work and consistently delivers excellence without being asked twice.

What you’ll be doing

• Servicing guest rooms to Naumi’s presentation and cleanliness standards
• Self-inspecting completed rooms and signing off to 100% quality
• Identifying and resolving any deficiencies before rooms are released
• Reporting maintenance issues and keeping accurate service records
• Supporting a positive and professional team environment

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a room attendant in a hotel setting
• A strong, consistent track record of high-quality room presentation
• Excellent attention to detail and personal accountability
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Positive guest feedback history is a plus
