What You’ll Do:
Design and Create: Use your artistic flair to design and create custom upholstery for wheelchairs and complex rehabilitation technology.
Material Mastery: Work with a variety of materials, from, timber, plastics, metals and durable fabrics to specialized medical-grade foam and textiles.
Precision Work: Ensure every stitch, seam, and cushion is perfect, meeting our stringent quality standards.
Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their needs and create solutions that enhance comfort and functionality.
Teamwork: Collaborate with a passionate team of artisans and healthcare professionals to achieve common goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Prior experience in upholstery or a related field is a must. A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn is essential:
• Skills: Proficient in sewing, cutting, fabricating with timber, plastic and fitting various upholstery materials. Mechanical aptitude is a must.
• Creativity: Ability to come up with innovative designs and solutions tailored to individual needs.
• Team Spirit: A collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills. Must enjoy training others
