We focus on making premium outdoor products more accessible through smart design, strong digital marketing, and an easy online customer experience. As we continue to grow, we’re investing heavily in content and brand to reach more customers and stand out in the market.

Day in the Life

You might start the day filming a quick reel or jumping on camera to test a new content idea.

Then it’s into editing – cutting clips, adding captions, and turning raw footage into clean, engaging posts using Canva (and CapCut if you know it).

Once content is ready, you’ll schedule posts, write captions, and keep everything organised for the week ahead.

You’ll jump into socials to reply to comments, engage with followers, and keep the brand feeling active and human.

With posts scheduled, you’ll switch gears and help build out email campaigns – writing copy, setting up content, and getting campaigns ready to send.

Throughout the day, you’ll be bringing new ideas, testing trends, and having a bit of a laugh while getting things done.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and film content including reels, stories, and short-form videos

• Design graphics, posts, and ad creatives using Canva

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram & Facebook)

• Schedule content and engage with comments/messages

• Assist with writing and building email campaigns

• Bring fresh, trend-driven ideas to improve engagement and reach

• Use AI tools to create content efficiently

• Creative, trendy, and full of ideas

• Enjoys socialising, having a laugh, and bringing good energy to the team

• Works efficiently and gets things done without overcomplicating

• Organised and able to manage multiple pieces of content

• Comfortable using Canva (this is essential)

• Bonus if you have experience with CapCut or AI image generation tools

Requirements

• Strong Canva skills (must-have)

• Some experience in social media or content creation

• Portfolio or examples of content required
