About the Role
Are you confident on the phone, organised, and keen to build real sales experience while earning commission?
At Louvre Lounge, we help customers design and purchase custom outdoor living solutions. We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to handle inbound enquiries and guide customers through their buying journey primarily via phone and email.
This is a telesales-focused role. You won’t be cold calling. All leads are inbound and already interested your job is to qualify enquiries, explain the product, prepare quotes, and follow up to convert enquiries into sales, while also supporting general customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Inbound Telesales – Handling incoming phone and email enquiries from customers interested in our products.
- Lead Qualification & Sales – Understanding customer needs, asking the right questions, and guiding them toward the right solution.
- Quoting & Follow-Ups – Preparing accurate quotes and following up with customers to progress sales.
- Customer Service – Responding to enquiries, answering product questions, and providing clear, friendly support.
- CRM Management – Updating customer details, notes, and follow-ups to ensure nothing is missed.
- Team Collaboration – Working closely with the wider sales and account management team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

- Confident Communicator – Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and via email.
- Customer-Focused – You enjoy helping people and providing clear, professional service.
- Sales-Minded – Motivated by targets, results, and earning commission.
- Organised & Reliable – You follow up, manage tasks well, and take ownership.
- Technically Comfortable – Willing to learn basic measurements and product details (training provided).
- Systems Savvy – Comfortable using computers and CRM systems (Zoho experience is a bonus, not required).

Remuneration: 80-100k OTE (Base + Commissions)
