Location: onsite at Kinross, Gibbston
Role: Full-time, permanent
Pay: $31-$34 per hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Run Sections Independently. Fully manage both Larder and Pizza sections to the satisfaction of the Head or Sous Chef.
- Create Exceptional Food. Season, finish, and plate dishes with artistic flair and professionalism.
- Coach and Mentor. Train and supervise junior team members to deliver outstanding food.
- Plan Ahead. Assist with ordering for busy periods and prepare staff meals without direction.
- Communicate Effectively. Ensure smooth handovers and maintain high standards across the kitchen.
