Sadly our wonderful current team member is moving onto the next adventure overseas and we are looking for another fun person to join our team.

You’ll report to the CFO and support the team with day-to-day financial operations. This role includes:

  • Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed asset register.
  • Process payroll accurately for hourly and salaried staff, including incentives and compliance with entitlements.
  • Prepare regular dashboard reporting for management and assist with month-end journals for monthly Board reporting.
  • Maintain strong internal controls, document processes, and help ensure integrity of operational system integrations with accounting system.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and external stakeholders to support performance and resolve financial queries.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience with transactions accounting (bank reconciliations, AR/AP, and bookkeeping)
  • Qualification in accounting, or bookkeeping. (Or equivalent experience)
  • Strong eye for detail with outstanding organisational skills
  • Capable of managing time effectively to deliver on time
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with different areas of the business
  • A positive attitude to learning and collaborating with others
