K’aute Pasifika Trust is a Pacific led organisation based in Hamilton, delivering wraparound services to Pasifika families from our purpose-built facility. Our model of care is culturally grounded, relationship based and focused on long-term wellbeing.
We are seeking a part-time General Practitioner, with flexible days and hours by agreement, to join our supportive multidisciplinary team. This role is well suited to a GP wanting to step away from high-pressure clinic environments and practice in a collaborative, values- ed setting.
The role
- Provide high-quality, culturally responsive primary care to Pasifika families
- Work alongside an extended care team supporting health, housing, education and employment
- Be part of an innovative, community-centred model of care

About you
- Vocationally registered GP in New Zealand (or eligible)
- At least 3 years’ experience in general practice
- Confident working with diverse or underserved communities (Pasifika experience valued)
- Empathetic, collaborative, and committed to equity-focused care
