We’re looking for a high-energy, ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be charged with keeping us on our growth trajectory by winning new enterprise customers. What you’ll do
As a high-energy and results-driven Business Development Manager, you will be laser focused on new business acquisition. This is a hunter role: you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new opportunities in the market. To do this, you will be self-motivated, thrive on prospecting, and excited by the challenge of opening new doors and driving high-velocity sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunting & Prospecting: Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in target markets through cold outreach (calling predominantly), networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting activities, social selling, attending industry events, and leveraging cutting-edge tools and platforms.
- Pipeline Development: Build, maintain, and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on new logo acquisition and high-growth opportunities.
- Solution Selling: Understand customer pain points, business objectives, and needs to craft tailored SaaS solutions that add value and solve real-world problems.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Closing Sales: Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiations and closing, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- CRM Management: Track all sales activities in CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential customer pain points to refine and target outbound efforts effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong emphasis on new business development or a clear hunter role. USA SaaS experience is a bonus.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong ability to identify, qualify, and close new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with outbound prospecting strategies and tools (e.g. ZoomInfo, cold calling, cadences, etc.)
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with multiple stakeholders, from mid-level managers to C-suite executives.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Hubspot (preferably) and sales automation tools.
- A self-starter mentality with a growth mindset and a desire to be part of a high-performing team.
