We want a Landscape Gardener who will take ownership of their areas, treat the grounds like their own, and constantly look for ways to elevate, improve and refine.

About you  

  • Experienced in landscaping/Gardening (resort/hospitality environment advantageous) 
  • Some experience in small scale irrigation  
  • Organised, proactive and solution-focused 
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your time 
  • Physically fit and happy working outdoors in all conditions
  • Friendly and professional when interacting with guests and team 

Most importantly: You take pride in your work. You don’t wait to be told. You care about the detail’s others might miss. 

What you will be doing 

  • Maintain amenity lawns -mowing, edging & presentation
  • Plant, prune, mulch and care for gardens to a high standard 
  • Maintain small scale irrigation systems (and spot issues before they arise and report)
  • Keep grounds, pathways and features safe, tidy and guest-ready 
  • Operate equipment responsibly and follow health & safety best practice 

The important bits 

  • Full time permanent position Monday to Friday  
  • Pay: Completive hourly rate  
  • Full NZ work rights  
  • We’re not offering visa sponsorship for this role. You must already have the legal right to work in New Zealand (e.g., NZ/Aus citizen, resident, or an open work visa/ WHV).
