About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing Technology team.
In this role, you will take a leading role in designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions that support our business and enhance the experience for our members and advisers. Working closely with the Salesforce team and key stakeholders across the business, you will translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions while ensuring best practices across our Salesforce ecosystem.
You’ll also play an important role in mentoring team members, improving development standards, and helping maximise the value of our Salesforce platform.
Your day-to-day will look something like this:
- Designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web
Components, and Visualforce
- Translating business requirements into robust technical designs and system architecture
- Developing custom functionality, integrations, and advanced Lightning components
- Managing release cycles, including testing, deployment, and post-deployment support
- Implementing and maintaining CI/CD practices for Salesforce deployments
- Integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms such as DocuSign, Conga, Marketing Cloud,
and internal systems
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and implementing long-term solutions
- Establishing and enforcing development best practices, testing standards, and code quality
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to Salesforce developers and administrators
- Staying up to date with Salesforce innovations and recommending improvements to our
platform
About You
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience including solution design and architecture
- Strong expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and deployment processes in complex Salesforce environments
- Experience working within Agile development teams
- Proven ability to mentor developers and contribute to technical decision-making
Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
- Advanced certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly desirable
Nice to Have
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud
- Exposure to AWS technologies or modern integration platforms
