THE OPPORTUNITY

The National Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company’s sales team across New Zealand. Whilst the National Sales Manager is required to support and provide leadership to the sales function nationally, the primary responsibility for direct sales development and revenue growth is across the Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions, supported by the Sales Engineers and Regional Manager.

This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. The National Sales Manager ensures that regional sales teams are aligned with company objectives and achieve their targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 7+years of experience in sales management, preferably in a national or regional capacity.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to travel nationally as required.
