About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Job Coordinator to join our friendly East Tamaki team. This is a pivotal role responsible for coordinating field service jobs, supporting technicians, managing job documentation, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from job booking through to completion and invoicing.

You will be one of the key points of contact between our customers, field technicians, and internal teams, playing a critical role in keeping our service operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all job-related documentation is accurate, complete, and invoiced promptly upon completion

• Schedule and dispatch field service technicians for both planned and reactive work

• Allocate technicians, vehicles, and equipment effectively based on job requirements

• Communicate with customers regarding service requests, scheduling, and arrival times

• Provide administrative and coordination support to field technicians

• Monitor job progress, track statuses, and adjust schedules to meet deadlines

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally

• Complete weekly and monthly administrative tasks as required

About You

Experience in job coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or customer service is advantageous, but not essential — full training will be provided.

Desirable (But Not Essential)

• Experience in job scheduling, dispatching, or coordination roles

• Exposure to service-based industries such as hydraulics, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing

• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or job management systems (training provided)
