THE ROLE

The Data Invoicing Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices within our organisation. Based in Emerald, Queensland, we have TWO positions available (one permanent full-time position and one 6-month full time role).

These roles are essential for maintaining financial integrity and supporting the administrative functions of the business. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficiency of our invoicing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained and that the appropriate safety regulations and policies are complied with.
  • Ensure Fluiconnecto Ryco assets are maintained according to schedule and stakeholder requirements, when used in daily work practices by yourself
  • Complete daily compliance checks via software system.
  • Conduct invoicing and balance sheet process as a key focus.
  • Assist warehouse staff when and where required, with operational tasks as requested.
  • General data entry for stock, invoicing, accounting and balancing of branch operations daily
  • Document recording, filing and archiving.

ABOUT YOU

  • Clerical – knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, email and managing files and records.
  • Appropriate Behaviors – knowledge of the principles of appropriate behaviours in the workplace, including the legal requirements regarding discrimination, harassment and bullying.
  • Computing– knowledge of specific computer software packages, including Microsoft Office suite and ERP
  • systems.
  • Basic product Knowledge (desirable products and services offered by Fluiconnecto RYCO
