THE OPPORTUNITY

Fluiconnecto is growing faster than ever before and due to further expansion, we are now seeking a highly motivated and results driven Branch Manager at our branch in Emerald QLD. The objective of this position is to provide a consistent professional level of service to site operations, in the field, aligning to both internal and external customers of Fluiconnecto RYCO.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that a safe working environment is always maintained and that the appropriate safety regulations and policies are complied with.
- Ensure a safe working environment by abiding with RYCO’s Fluiconnecto Occupational Health and Safety policies.
- Provide weekly sales reports
- Ensure that systems are in place that recognise, reinforce and record HSE
- Manage rostering across all locations in conjunction with – Operations Branch Manager, to provide coverage per site
- Responsible for branch employee retention, satisfaction and succession planning
- Full operational P&L responsibility for all costs and revenue
- Address customer enquiries, resolve issues and obtain feedback
ABOUT YOU
- Experience within a Customer Service environment
- Understand Sales targets and application to achieve
- Knowledge of accounting invoicing and data processing
- Knowledge of Hose & Fittings industry is essential
- Ensure Mine Site Operations and Process for application of day to day works
