Customer Service Coordinator

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to management as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with training and mentoring new customer service representatives

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products and services a plus
