Leaf Fall – Waipa – Fixed Term

We are looking for a motivated Leaf Fall Crew member to join our Hamilton-based team.

This is a Fixed Term Agreement running from 13th April for approximately 8-12 weeks.

About the role

• You will be part of a team maintaining our clients’ green spaces. Tasks will be varied and will include:
• Removal of leaf fall and other detritus from the street environment.
• Emptying of litter bins from roads, major town centers, minor shopping areas and bus shelters
• Collection and disposal of loose litter from footpaths, kerb and channel and other areas as required.
• Work in with road sweeper staff to manually sweep traffic islands, and other hard to reach areas.
• Completion of daily worksheets and electronic reporting of data as required.

Hours of work will be 06:30am until 03:00pm Monday to Friday, with overtime scheduled on Saturday and or Sunday as required.

About you

The successful person will have:

• Full Class 1 driver’s license,
• Be physically fit and mobile, able to do physical work,
• Have a commitment to health and safety,
