THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Co-ordinator to support the successful delivery of a diverse range of projects across our venues.
Reporting to the Asset Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while acting as a central point of coordination between teams, contractors and stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-ordinate project activities from planning through to completions
- Monitor project schedules, milestones and deliverables
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and track action items
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Support budget tracking, procurement and invoice processing
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders
- Assist with risk management, compliance, and health & safety requirements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
You’ll be a detail-oriented co-ordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple projects. You will also have
Experience in project co-ordination, administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bonus Points for:
- A qualification in project management or a related field
- Experience with project management systems
- Knowledge of procurement, contracts or construction/event environments
