Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization and partnering with business leaders to drive business results. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their business needs and provide HR support to drive business results.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent to the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs that support the development of employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills.
