Currently distributing Allbirds, Cotopaxi, Hydro Flask, melin, Nocs Provisions, and OOFOS in Australia and New Zealand and managing the international business for OOFOS and Feetures.

We have a proven track record in building long-standing partnerships to act as the brand’s custodians outside of their home market. These partnerships are carefully selected based on having a clear cause and a point of difference within their market sector. We offer an outstanding consumer-centric digital, retail & wholesale solution to position our partner brands at the heart of each distribution opportunity across Australasia.

The Retail Ambassador’s core purpose is to deliver an exceptional customer experience through quality, personalised engagement. Retail Ambassadors contribute to the culture of Allbirds & Friends by being team-oriented, accountable, and focused on continuous learning.

We are seeking both part-time and casual team members for a fixed term (currently six months starting at the end of November) who are passionate about retail, customer service, and representing our values in every interaction.

What does the job entail?

Delivering and executing on three primary focus areas – Customer Experience, Daily Operations, and Teamwork – including, but not limited to:

Customers

  • Provide all customers with a high quality and personalised retail experience.
  • Meet the standards set forth in our Retail Woolbook and Customer Journey even when serving multiple people and multi-tasking.
  • Strive to be a product-knowledge expert who can communicate passionately about our brand and products.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Actively contribute to the store’s sales and NPS goals.

Operations

  • Achieving set KPIs
  • Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organisation.
  • Operate our point-of-sale system once trained.
  • Execute on inventory and merchandising duties.
  • Perform daily operational tasks as delegated by the store leadership team.
  • Commit to learning by asking questions and actively seeking to grow and develop new skills.
