As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team and work closely with the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Job Description
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue and expanding our client base. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and be responsible for executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and delivering recruitment solutions that align with client needs. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and effectively closing deals to contribute to the overall success of CC Recruitment.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities
• Proactively reach out to prospects and generate leads through various channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions
• Present and demonstrate our services to clients, highlighting the value proposition
• Effectively negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
• Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales activities, progress, and challenges
• Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights, ideas, and best practices
• Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or similar sales role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and client needs
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Previous experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus
