Are you a dynamic sales leader ready to take your career to the next level? Brendan Foot Supersite, an award-winning and family-owned dealership with over 50 years of success, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales growth.

About the Role:

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a driven and hands-on Sales Manager to lead our team. This is not a desk-only leadership role, we are seeking someone who will be highly visible on the showroom floor, actively supporting the team, assisting customers, and stepping in to help structure and close deals when required.

As Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Salespeople to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will drive performance, coach and develop staff, manage stock levels, and contribute to the strategic direction of the department – all while remaining actively involved in day-to-day sales activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and drive your team to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Be present on the showroom floor, assisting customers and supporting deal closures

• Monitor performance and implement practical strategies to improve results

• Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels and mix

• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction

• Collaborate with senior leadership to support business objectives and continued growth

• Maintain strong relationships with franchise distributors

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in an automotive sales leadership role

• A hands-on leader who leads from the front and is comfortable stepping into deals

• Someone who thrives in a high-energy showroom environment

• Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset

• Excellent communication and people management skills

• Confidence using lead management and sales systems to track and drive performance
