About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Relations team member to be the first point of contact for customers phoning into the dealership to book their vehicles into our busy service workshops across the Wellington region.
In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, and work closely with our Service Advisors and Managers to ensure a smooth and professional experience for every customer.
This is more than just taking bookings – you’ll be a key part of ensuring our workshops operate efficiently while helping customers feel informed, supported, and valued.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Taking incoming calls and online inquiries, and proactively contacting customers for service bookings
• Managing scheduling across multiple workshop locations to ensure the best use of capacity and technician availability
• Confirming, following up, and rescheduling appointments as needed
• Assisting with customer queries around service pricing, vehicle warranties, and promotions
• Identifying opportunities to promote additional services and support customer retention programs
• Accurately updating and maintaining records using our dealership management system (DMS)
• Working closely with Service Advisors and Managers to support customer satisfaction and workshop productivity
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience (call centre or similar)
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Confident and professional communication, both over the phone and via email
• Calm and solutions-focused, even under pressure
• A true team player who collaborates well across departments
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Familiarity with customer retention programs would be beneficial
