Physiotherapist | Occupational Health

Bodycare New Zealand is seeking a skilled Occupational Health Physiotherapist to join their growing Auckland team. The role focuses on providing on-site physiotherapy, primarily around injury prevention and the management of workplace injuries. Together, our team is dedicated to promoting employee wellbeing, improving safety culture, and ensuring workers remain healthy, safe and injury-free in Aotearoa.

With Bodycare every day is different. Your role will include:

• On-site physiotherapy – working in a variety of workplaces across Auckland!
• Early intervention – assess and treat injuries before they progress into chronic conditions.
• Workplace assessments – whether on the tarmac, in the warehouse or on the road – learn to complete a variety of assessments.
• Education and training – educate and empower workers on how they can take ownership of their health, thus improving outcomes for organisations.
• Build lasting relationships – with workers, supervisors, and site leaders to help improve their health and safety culture.
• Develop injury prevention plans – work with the client to develop meaningful initiatives using our custom-built software.

What We Offer:

• Full-time position (part-time options may be considered).
• Great salary package: $80,000 – 94,000 depending on experience + Kiwi-saver + travel allowance + phone allowance + laptop.

You Will Need:

• Minimum 2 years of musculoskeletal experience in an onsite or private practice setting.
• Physiotherapy degree with a current New Zealand APC.
• Great communication skills to create and maintain good relationships and the ability to liaise comfortably with a wide range of people.
• A committed, curious and flexible attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Resident or approved work visa.
• Driver’s license and own transport.
